The Willink is a successful and oversubscribed school with a strong international ethos, listed in the top ten non-selective schools in Berkshire in 2019. The school has 1250 students on roll including 220 in the Sixth Form, and is situated in a pleasant semi-rural setting south west of Reading.

We have experience and expertise in Initial Teacher Training and professional development and are a strategic partner to the Teaching School Hub Berkshire. The Willink is the lead school for the Mobius Maths Hub – a national centre for excellence in the teaching and leadership of mathematics education.

We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and motivated individual, with a track record of success in middle leadership, to join a dynamic and supportive Senior Leadership Team with a passion for raising standards and continuous improvement. Responsibilities linked to the post will be negotiated following appointment, to take account of the successful candidate’s strengths and experience, but they will include line management of a curriculum area(s), a year group(s) and some whole school leadership roles.

Mobius Maths Hub Vacancies:

Assistant Maths Hub Lead Vacancy - Secondary & Post-16

We are currently inviting applications for the position of Assistant Maths Hub Lead, commencing from September 2024, These roles would be on a secondment or funded basis.

We are expanding our leadership capacity by seeking up to two candidates for these exciting roles of Secondary and Post 16 Leads. The positions offers flexibility, with commitments ranging from 0.5 to 1.5 days per week, to be negotiated with successful applicant.
