We are looking to appoint a Cover Supervisor to oversee classes of students aged 11-16 for which work has been set during the absence of the class teacher. The role will involve ensuring that the class is well managed and students work productively - also providing in class support when no cover is required. Other duties may include small group intervention. This role at Willink, which is a Teaching School, is an excellent opportunity for anyone wishing to gain further experience in a school environment as part of their career development and will offer invaluable experience to anyone wishing to pursue a career in teaching! The post is initially for maternity cover to July 2019 with the very strong possibility of the post becoming permanent.

The Willink School has an “in house” cleaning operation and we are looking for staff to join our friendly, dedicated and hardworking team to work an early evening shift from 3.15 – 5.15pm.
Cleaning operatives will be allocated a specific area of the school to clean and maintain at a high standard. Full training will be given and uniform and all materials will be provided.
Cleaning operatives are employees of West Berkshire Council and have access to the Local Government Pension Scheme.
